  • My guests today are Tony Peck and Johnny Ahaus of Dead Armadillo Brewery. Established in 2013, Dead Armadillo now cans and distributes four different year-round beers and four seasonal beers throughout Oklahoma and Kansas. They are proud to brew craft beer out of Tulsa, OK.

  • Tony and I discuss growing up in Kansas and coming to Green Country. He shares about Elliot Nelson’s vision for downtown Tulsa 30 years ago and the transformation that has taken place over the years. He tells about getting started brewing at home with his pastor. You’ll hear about their first real event back in 2012 at Wild Brew. You’ll hear the story of Johnny and how he came to have a seasonal beer named after him. Tony shares about starting the taproom in 2016 and how the ever-popular Tulsa Flag Blonde Ale came to be.
