My guest today is Dane Tannehill of Jane’s Delicatessen. Jane's Delicatessen is an eatery and bar located on historic Route 66. They are committed to bringing the people of Tulsa mouthwatering food made from quality ingredients prepared from scratch. Honoring the culinary traditions of classic delicatessens, they serve a mix of Jewish, German, and French-Canadian inspired dishes. All of their meat is cured and cooked in-house and they make their breads, bagels, and other baked goods fresh daily.
